The new January 14th issue of In Touch Weekly showed Lindsay Lohan coming about of the Harmony Lane Boutique in some adorable black leather flat boots. I don’t know whose boots they were (Loeffler Randall?) but I’m sure they were in the average hollywood starlet range of $300-$600+.
